Julia is a Certified Ayurvedic Health & Wellness Professional, Consultant & Mentor.

Born in Canada, Julia grew up in the world of competitive figure skating, and later turned professional, with a career in Ice Follies. After achieving her childhood dream, she focused on her passion for inner growth, by studying with Vedic Masters from India and around the world. 

For the past 30+ years, she has been studying, practicing and teaching ancient Ayurvedic approaches to Meditation, Health, Spirituality, Lifestyle, Exercise, Beauty & Aging, Cooking, Diet & Nutrition .
